Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement of the IMO Ballast Water Management Convention

As part of the e-CME research project, two-day free courses in Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement of the IMO Ballast Water Management Convention will take place 3-4 and 5-6 March at NIOZ in the Netherlands, and 18-19 and 20-21 May at WMU in Malmö. Participants must pay their own travel and lodging. The course is designed specifically for Port State Control officers, maritime administrations, ship crew, and maritime university students.
