Working directly with applicants and grantees in Europe, Asia, the Atlantic/Caribbean region, and Africa, Kimberly also acted as Program Officer at The TK Foundation (http://www.thetkfoundation.com) until 2012. She was involved with locating grant-worthy projects, analyzing and refining proposals, performing due diligence, and making recommendations to the Board. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job was her as a convenor, putting the right people in touch with each other. Kimberly also served as a Board member of the TK Trust Company Limited, the Trustee of The TK Foundation.

Prior to joining The TK Foundation, Kimberly worked in positions as a nurse in the Neonatal ICU, and as a neuropsychologist at a major rehabilitation hospital in Denmark. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from Aarhus University in Denmark, a well as vocational nursing degrees.
