Special guests at the ceremony included Naomey Chika Nwachukwu, Senior Counsellor of the Embassy of Nigeria to Sweden; Lewis Ekiyor, Head of Vocational Training for President of Niger Delta; Mr. Wasiu Akindle, Coordinator, FYD; and Barristar Dutimi, Office of the Special Advisor to the President on Niger Delta Affairs.
