Antoine Borelli is an independant consultant in strategy and business development mainly specialised in facilities construction at sea, and energy.
Chairman of the Board of BORA Developpement SAS, and Managing Partner of naval architecture and marine engineering D2M group since 2006, he has carried out most of his professional career in the offshore business, first with ETPM, a marine contractor from 1972 to 1999, where he has held various positions among which VP West Africa for McDermott-ETPM JV, VP Operations for McDermott-ETPM JV, and Vice President Strategy for ETPM group. Upon sale of ETPM in 2000, he was appointed Director of Technology of Stolt Offshore (which became Acergy, then Subsea 7), and managed its engineering business ( CEO of Paragon Litwin in France, and director of Paragon engineering in the U.S).
Since 2005 he became independant consultant and in parallel to his business activities became a lecturer in several engineering schools ( ENSTA Paris , ENSTA Bretagne, CentraleSupelec Paris, ISITV…)
He is the author of many technical papers and reports linked to the offshore construction industry.
