Prof. Xu, vice-dean of School of Transportation and Communications of SMU, Secretary-General of the Commission of Shipping Management under China Institute of Navigation, assistant professor of SMU. He teaches “Logistics Management”, “Logistics Marketing”, “Transportation Management” and is the Tutor of Postgraduate students, Supervisor of the MBA students. Prof. Xu recently published three books and were in charge of over ten projects. He also gave lectures for many enterprises and organizations: COSCO, Chinese Shipping, SinoTrans, etc. Prof. Xu was awarded as “Excellent Teacher of SMU” or many times and “Outstanding Teacher” by Administration of Education of Shanghai in 2001.
