Mr. Bieschke is a Consultant with HPC in the field of Port Operations and Port Planning since 1989 and has been a Visiting Professor at WMU since 2001.

Since 1989 various projects world-wide, e.g. Port Master Plans, Feasibility Studies, Preparation of Tender Documents, Assessment of Bidding Documents for Terminal Concessions on behalf of Port Authorities, Specification of Operational Procedures for Container Terminals etc. Some major assignments were e.g.
