Guest Lecture by Mr. Dwight C. R. Gardiner

WMU was delighted to welcome Mr. Dwight C. R. Gardiner, Permanent Representative of Antigua and Barbuda to the IMO, who delivered a lecture to all students on 20 October.

Mr. Gardiner is one of our eminent graduates - Maritime Safety Administration, Class of 1990 - and took as one of the themes of his lecture his time at WMU and its impact on his subsequent career.  He also examined the challenges facing his country, a major flag State, and the Caribbean region as a whole.
