ICOPAS 2011 - Malmö Declaration

During the Conference, all attendees worked diligently on a Conference declaration to summarize the discussions at the Conference as well as commit resources and expertise in solving this complex issue. Upon consensus of the Conference attendees, the MALMÖ DECLARATION was adopted and can be viewed below.
 
WMU is grateful for the sponsors and the overwhelming support from maritime stakeholders to make this event an overwhelming success, not to mention bring the issue of piracy and the effects on seafarers and their families to the forefront.
