Dragana Rudic is currently working as Faculty Assistant at the World Maritime University in Malmö, Sweden. Dragana’s areas of responsibility are coordinating various tasks and duties related to the MSc in Maritime Affairs in Malmö. She is coordinating Visiting Lecturers annual arrangements, starting from planning, compiling all documents, CRM system, managing travel arrangements and contracts, processing through the Finance system and developing budget reports. Her responsibilities refers to organizing logistics for Field Study Trips, including travel arrangements, visas, development of programmes and budget. She is involved in new projects and marketing planning coordination.

Dragana holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management and Public Relations, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, Serbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, University of Belgrade, Serbia. She successfully completed a 24-weeks course delivered by Digital Marketing Institute in Dublin, Ireland. Dragana holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.

Before moving to Sweden, she had several years of experience in administration, organization and marketing in an international company. Before joining the WMU she worked as Head of the Administrative Department in a mid-sized international company in Belgrade. Main tasks also included supporting the coordination of the project team and activities in marketing, market research and communicating with target groups. Dragana successfully organized numerous internal and external events, including trade fairs, workshops, conferences and seminars.
