



Lars Falksveden has worked at the Swedish Government Offices since January 2013. He currently serves as Deputy Director at the Division for Transport Markets at the Ministry of Rural Affairs and Infrastructure. His responsibilities include railway market regulation and public transport.
Prior to joining the Swedish Government Offices, he served as Treasurer of Statens järnvägar (Swedish State Railways) from 2005 to 2012.
He was also a member of the Board of Directors of EUROFIMA (European Company for the Financing of Railroad Rolling Stock) in Basel, Switzerland, from 2010 to 2012.
From 1995 to 2005, Lars Falksveden worked in the Finance Department of Statens järnvägar/SJ AB, serving as Deputy Treasurer from 1999.
He graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan i Stockholm) in 1995 with a Master of Science in Economics and Business, with a major in Accounting and Finance.
