Associate Professor Mihael Mišo Mudrić works at the Department for Maritime and Transport Law, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, Croatia. He lectures and practices (legal counseling, arbitration) matters related to maritime law, aviation law, artificial intelligence law, data privacy law, public security law, and commercial law.

Professor Mudrić has obtained his PhD (salvage law) at the Faculty of Law, University of Hamburg, being a scholar of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg. He has participated in numerous international projects and working groups related to autonomous vehicles (active in the Comité Maritime International and the International Maritime Organization, Head of the project on autonomous vehicles funded by the University of Zagreb), maritime safety (MarSafeNet Cost project), data privacy protection (Horizon 2020 project IMPETUS), and similar.

Professor Mudrić is the Vice President of the Croatian Association for Maritime Law. He has published around 100 scientific and professional papers, and lectured at around 100 international conferences, panels and workshops.
