At the request of IMO, WMU delivered a Regional Training Course on the Implementation of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code under IMO’s Programme No. TC/1941 (Support to Maritime Development, Asia Activity No. 08).

The Course was delivered from 9 to 16 March 2019 by Professor M. E. Manuel, in Seoul and Busan, Republic of Korea. The training was held under the auspices of the Korea Maritime Dangerous Goods Inspection & Research Institute (KOMDI) with participants from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Republic of Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.
