“As a person who works for the welfare of seafarers, the knowledge gained from this programme is immeasurable. It has helped me to better plan for the needs of seafarers in a more strategic way. I strongly recommend this programme for persons working within the maritime industry, especially those who work directly with seafarers. Some of the course content may apply to other organizations, especially the risk management and human resource management.”
